Hotels
The Organizing Committee has appointed TrekTrek DMC d.o.o. travel agency as our official partner to manage conference registrations, hotel bookings, airport transfers and Technical/Cultural tour for delegates attending the ISAAT2024 in Portoroz, Slovenia.
A special deal was arranged specifically for our event so a minimum 4-day hotel* booking via our partners is booked with symposium registration. If you would like to book only 3 nights, please contact us directly via e-mail: isaat2024@trektrek.si. Booking accommodation shorter than 4 nights will only be possible until August 1st 2024.
* You will be accommodated in 5* Lifeclass Slovenia hotel, Portoroz (single use of room). You will receive exact hotel information and voucher by email from TrekTrek DMC 10 days before your arrival. Note that hotel is interconnected with the congress center as well as with the spa and the swimming pools. Portoroz, also known as Portorose, is a famous resort town on Slovenia’s Adriatic coast and it’s one of the main casino cities in Slovenia.
Price list for hotel accommodation:
- Single use room; 4 days (Sun 17 Nov – Thu 21 Nov) = 646 EUR
- The accommodation surcharge for an additional person in the room (only wife/husband) for (4 nights) is 253 EUR.
Flying to Slovenia
We strongly recommend that where possible, overseas delegates arrange to fly into Ljubljana (code: LJU). Group transfers to the symposium venue in Portoroz, Slovenia will be organized at predetermined times by TrekTrek DMC as the taxi and train transfers are not practical. Private transfers are possible upon request.
3 fixed departure transfers will be organized from Ljubljana airport to the venue in Portoroz. The distance is 140 kilometers and the journey will take about 1.5 hours. Note that the waiting time for the transfer at Ljubljana airport will depend on your flight arrival.
