Registration
The Organizing Committee has appointed TrekTrek DMC d.o.o. travel agency as our official partner to manage conference registrations, hotel bookings, airport transfers and Technical tour for delegates attending the ISAAT2024 in Portoroz, Slovenia.
A special deal was arranged specifically for our event so a minimum 4-day hotel* booking via our partners is booked with symposium registration. If you would like to book only 3 nights, please contact us directly via e-mail: isaat2024@trektrek.si. Booking accommodation shorter than 4 nights will only be possible untill August 1st 2024.
* You will be accommodated in 5* Lifeclass Slovenia hotel, Portoroz (single use of room). You will receive exact hotel information and voucher by email from TrekTrek DMC 10 days before your arrival. Note that hotel is interconnected with the congress center as well as with the spa and the swimming pools. Portorož, also known as Portorose, is a famous resort town on Slovenia’s Adriatic coast and it’s one of the main casino cities in Slovenia.

- The accommodation surcharge for an accompanying person in the room (only wife/husband) for 4 nights is 253 EUR.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
How to register for ISAAT2024:
- Click on the “REGISTER HERE” button.
- Please make sure to select your accommodation package and any accompanying tourist packages.
- Payments are due to the TrekTrek DMC d.o.o. Online payment is preferable, but payment by bank transfer is also possible. Please email us and we will arrange to send you the bank details.
- You will receive an automated confirmation after completing your registration. This confirmation is usually sufficient as your receipt of payment, but if you require something more substantial, please do make the request by email.
- The registration is confirmed when the payment is processed.
- If you need to amend your reservation, please email us.

Included in the registration fee:
Attendance at all technical sessions from 18th to 19th November, program, conference bag, lunches, coffee / green tea breaks with snacks and refreshments during conference days, Welcome Reception on Sunday 17th November, Banquet (buffet dinner) on Tuesday 19th November, and Technical tour on Wednesday 20th November, VAT 22%.
Conference fee excludes:
- Ljubljana airport Transfer to Portoroz and back to Ljubljana airport
- Dinner meals (except at Gala dinner on Day 3 and Welcome reception on Day 1), drinks (except Gala dinner drinks and coffee breaks)
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a 40 EUR administrative fee.
- If cancelled before July 1, 2024 – a 100% refund is applicable.
- If cancelled from July 1, 2024 to August 18, 2024 – 50% refund is applicable.
- No refunds are payable from August 18, 2024 onwards.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and communicated by email to isaat2024@trektrek.si. Any refunds due will be processed after the symposium. Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds. Cancellation policy apply to both the registration and the accommodation fee.
Liability:
The Organizing Committees and/or Conference Organizers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the symposium. No liability extends to visa-processing-related issues (there are no refunds in case of rejected visa application). Delegates should make their own arrangements in respect of personal and health insurance.
